BSM - Christmas Pass Promise Campaign

Selesti were appointed to deliver the digital wing of the British School of Motoring's "Pass Promise" campaign online. The offer consisted of £50 money off discount when a pack of 10 lessons were purchased.

To generate interest in the offer we animated 5 Flash banners all of which featured full tracking and tagging code, so the customer's journey could be followed from the point of contact through to purchase. As the target audience was 17 – 24 year olds, the websites our work was featured on included Hotmail Today, Messenger, MSN and Facebook to name but a few.

The banners were created in order to push prospective customers to the various landing pages which were also built by Selesti. These 4 bespoke pages were created in order to track exactly where the traffic was arriving from and which of the banners had been clicked. All traffic could be monitored and reported upon as users responded to the highly visual call to actions, telephone number and form.

Tracking the customer journey from initial banner display through to a lead conversion opportunity is essential in the successful execution of co-ordinated digital campaigns such as this. Our understanding of the importance in being able to report on the success rate of all areas ensures this is considered from the initial design stage, allowing each next campaign to be even more lucrative.
