Barclays Commercial Think Momentum!
In order to achieve maximum impact, the Barclays Commercial Momentum campaign utilised a combination of online assets; Flash, XHTML pages and an HTML email campaign.
Primarily focused towards their existing customers, the aim was to create a campaign that was modern, thought provoking and engaging, thus moving a step on from previous campaigns. With the current economic climate, it was essential to provide customers with reassurance that their company could keep moving ahead with the help of Barclays Commercial.
Selesti was commissioned to build a collection of online assets with the primary focus falling on the animated flash banner. By taking the Momentum logo, we transformed it into a uniquely animated banner, which focused on the continuous movement of the logo, but without detracting from the key messaging and call to actions. Elements of the banner were then cropped and utilised on the XHTML pages so that the continuous movement was featured throughout all elements of the campaign.
In conjunction with the banner and supporting XHTML microsite pages, an editable XHTML email was built, which enabled the sales team to edit and sent to their commercial customers, directing them to the online resources.
Working closing with Barclays Commercial's technical team, we worked to the corporate guidelines, ensuring that all XHTML pages and email, were XHTML & CSS STRICT validated.
