WSP Environmental - New Functionality

Having successfully built and launched the brand new WSP Environmental website in April, we were delighted to be commissioned by WSP again, to build some additional functionality for the main website as part of a Phase II project.

As well as some additional tweaks to the website, we also planned out several add-ons to build for the CMS, to improve the usability. Some of the new functions that can be seen on the website include:

- The new WSP Blog www.wspenvironmental.com/blog
- The newsletter sign up www.wspenvironmental.com/newsroom/newsletter
- News headline ticker
- RSS Feed Integration for News and Blog
- New Video and Audio callouts, which allows WSP to embed videos straight from sites sich as YouTube and Vimeo
- New Download callout www.wspenvironmental.com/expertise/air-odour-studies
- Meta Data manageability improvements

Additional updates to follow include the new ecommerce facility, which allows users register and pay for events and training courses. This new system is currently in the process of being built and integrated with the main site, with the aim of being launched later in August – come back to www.wspenvironmental.com/newsroom to check out the new developments then.
