New Multi-national digital account for Norfolk Digital Agency
Selesti have begun digital marketing work for the International Business Development Group (IBDG).
IBDG are a specialist consultancy operating in Europe; Eastern Europe; USA and Middle East. They advise their clients on the full spectrum of international business issues; including arranging strategy meetings amongst key decision makers, investor targeting, trade development, market intelligence, and prospect research to name but a few.
Firstly we are designing, developing and implementing a brand new website which will be integral to their business - as they will control all their events and sales through the administrative tools we will be providing, and then advertising and promoting them on the website.
The first stage of this initial project was for members of our creative and client services teams to wire frame the website using information architecture techniques which ensure content will be positioned in the most accessible and visible places and signposted to those visitors with the strongest interest. The front end content will give a thorough and cleanly presented overview of the corporation, with details on services, careers, clients, latest news and more.
The main priority at the conclusion of the build is to have an ultimate sales tool, not only in front end functionality but in its administration too. This means a robust CRM, used by their entire sales team, with multiple logins utilised simultaneously. This will be designed to be quick and intuitively easy to use as will mainly be operated by sales employees whilst they are on the phone to potential customers.
The CRM will also allow IBDG to set up password protected events, which they can direct potential customers to. These event portals are then used to encourage customers to book on the event.
The site will provide them with details on the events' delegates, sponsors, packages available and any testimonials from previous similar events. Within these password protected areas, customers can then confirm their interest in attending the event and the sales team then contacts them to finalise arrangement and secure payment.
Other potential further elements of development once this phase of work is completed include the possible addition of ecommerce features, and we are building the site with a future multi-lingual capacity in mind, which we are adding to more and more clients' sites, after our first foray into international multiple language facilities with WSPEE - you can read about that project here.
The IBDG website should be complete and ready to roll out by the end of September. You can view the existing IBDG website to find out more about them here.
In enabling the administrative users to set up events, co-ordinate delegates and potentially include ecommerce features in future, there are several similarities between this project and the work we have carried out for Schofield Media which you can read about here.
