Gift Aid business appoints Selesti

Selesti have been chosen to redesign and develop the Fund Filer website.

As part of the project we will be adding tutorial videos to the site, to assist with the overall user experience. The subject matter is complicated and the technology used to combat it very clever and we will be tasked with showing how smoothly and simply the site can operate.

Their unique offering revolves around Gift Aid and saves churches and charities time by creating R68 claim forms and schedules from the donations that are registered. We are streamlining their processes where appropriate, putting an end to the fact they've been rather under selling themselves online.

Some of the other features we'll be making more user-friendly include the My Account area, the FAQs and also the navigation of the whole site.We will give the user interface a complete overhaul ensuring it's more accessibile, usable and reduces bounce rate through filter analysis.
