Why? We're expanding, getting more creative and have a new seat for a designer with a mind chock full of pretty pictures and terrific typography.
It's a web designers role, so you’ll find the usual suspects in the listed below:
- A sound understanding of the specific requirements in the design and delivery of digital marketing
- Fluent with Photoshop, Illustrator, Creative Suite and other clever tools
- If you’ve got a bit of Flash experience to boast about it too it would sure float our boat
- A basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and web standards would be a winner
- Be someone who’s original, has a high-level of client service and is comfy suggesting with all that’s innovative and new
- Have a keen eye (we’ll pay for the eye test) with exceptional attention to detail
- Capable of a flexible approach so you can cope with agency life where you’ll be spinning several projects plates at any one time
- All of the above x 10 plus being such a creative clever-clogs you bring us a couple of things we haven’t even realised we need yet.
What do we offer in return?
- A roof over your head and enjoyable place to be during the week
- All the IT and software you need to get creating
- Tea, Coffee and water on tap and in mugs
- Some cash in your account every month!
- Weekends off! Plus we'll give you 20-25 days to do with what you will
- Frequent trips to the pub (mandatory)
- A nice, friendly team, currently planning your (painful) initiation ritual
We're very careful to only recruit the right people, so if you’ve designed a website or two, can makepeople say 'Wow!' with pixels and want to join an award winning team – please apply asap with a portfolio that's going to make our jaws drop - jobs@selesti.com – we'd consider short term contracts or those in for the long haul.
