The Forum Trust, the organisation responsible for the iconic Norwich landmark have chosen Selesti to take over their digital marketing strategy and delivery.

We are really excited to get going, we'll be overhauling their outdated web presence, and implementing some brand new technology aimed at bringing the new site in line with the increasing digital activity in the Forum with the recent launch of their new Fusion space.

We have commenced an Information Architecture and taxonomy process which will organise the massive amounts of content they have to share into an easily navigable and logical layout and site map.

In addition to the front end site, we will be delivering a powerful and innovative Content Management System which will allow their staff quick and easy content amends, changing templates and promoting content of their choice at the click of a button in a drag & drop style.

Our work is being carried out with an important objective of maximising commercial opportunities on the site. This will be achieved in the first instance through better navigation and visual appeal - and then the implementation of some nifty tricks and web tomfoolery we have up our sleeves.

One of the many off-shoot benefits of this redesign will be reducing the administration burden on the Forum Trust by offering more information and facilities online, at the same time improving and maintaining users' uptake of their online offering.

The Forum website needs to appeal to as wide an audience as possible, in keeping with the Trust's mission statement and the key role that the modern institution plays in the local community. On top of our award-winning design and user experience, we will ensure that accessibility is paramount in our developers’ minds throughout the project.

After launch we will look to offer strategic online marketing campaign support, continuing a successful relationship with one of the principle organisations in our locale.
