H2O is Norfolk’s premier hand car wash and valeting service. Our brief was to develop the H2O brand within the online market to position them as the number one service in Norwich, and compete in Norfolk.
The design is slick, glossy and compliments the look and feel of their brand and showroom. Using a nice mix of flash with the logo, and subtle animation on the button rollovers, the site encourages users to read about the services H2O offer.
All content is managed using the Selesti CMS to allow flexibility to update prices and gallery images to showcase the quality of their work.
Another key aspect is the ability for customers to book their car in for a valet via the website and choose which type they wish to go for. All of this data is captured and allows bookings to be managed online.
H20 appears top in search results for many keywords and phrases. Combined with their data capture, we are able to send period newsletters in order to further strengthen their brand and customer loyalty.
H2O Valet has enjoyed success by winning a number of awards, it was even shortlisted as top 10 website of 2007 appearing along side site like Pepsi, Dell, Digg, Adidas, Coke, Discovery Channel, Amnesty International, FIFA and Yellow Pages. The site scored 487 out of a possible 500 to achieve this recognition!
