The Natures Menu website has been one of our biggest and most successful web design projects to date.
The site has evolved through several iterations throughout the years with Selesti being involved in the design and development since its inception.
The site has raised the bar in terms of promoting Natures Menu’s brand through digital channels. Meticulous planning ensures the site’s navigation is logical, easy-to-use and showcases the brand and products in an elegant manner.
We developed a bespoke ‘Stockist Locator’ which is entirely CMS managed allowing staff to add new shops and retailers for customers to search by their nearest postcode.
The product range is well organised and presented with breadcrumb trails to help with navigation. Customers are able to send products to their friends and quite a rarity these days, print the page without the printout bleeding onto several pages!
As per the other sites using this style, we include a host of accessibility features which allow users to change to a text-only version of the site. It’s also easy to increase text size; we have also optimised the site to help support screen readers too.
It’s also possible to order Natures Menu’s frozen and dry foods via the website with an extranet style solution integrated with Sage Accounts/Stock Control and their delivery systems.
Online marketing has been an outstanding success with the site achieving superb search engine placement and link building strategy.
The site has enjoyed success being featured on dozens of design showcase websites. Natures Menu has also been a finalist at the 2007 Creative East Awards for web design. In 2006, the site scooped an Outstanding Achievement Award in the ‘Pets’ category at the Interactive Media Awards.
