Online Account Servicing Demo

Barclaycard’s requirement was to deliver an interactive demonstration providing a visually engaging overview of the product to customers.

Primarily aimed at business users, we were tasked with building a usable interface that allows customers to drag the play bar to specific points in the demonstration and navigate between key sections.

The Online Services available to customers feature enormous benefits, highlighting these in the demo was also key to the success of the completed project.

Selesti designed and developed the interface - hand crafting the Flash action script and XML which powers the Online Account Servicing demo.

The flash demo was published on the Barclaycard Business website and made available as a standalone projector for Windows and Mac.

The launch was also supported by a successful email marketing campaign which Selesti also built to web standards. Developing the XHTML email with the correct code semantics and validated CSS ensured fewer emails caught in spam filters and compliancy when displaying in email software and online email applications.
