Based in Ipswich, Suffolk – Call Connection is a call transfer service where insurance companies are provided with leads matching their specified criteria, and shoppers are put in touch with insurers offering products matching their requirements. They work with many major UK insurance providers, and handle in excess of 50,000 calls per week.

Call Connection contacted us to undertake sweeping changes to their online presence. They felt their old site was not in keeping with their current position within the market and certainly didn’t reflect their offering or appeal to new and existing customers. They needed an innovative B2B corporate site to act as a shop window for the business.

One of our first challenges was organising the content, data and working through a series of information architecture process to ensure the UX matched their requirements. You can’t beat a good wireframe and that’s exactly what we did to ensure key content was structured to cater for their five key target audiences; Insurance Partners, Job Prospects, Suppliers, Consumers and any White label prospects.

Our creative design included a complete overhaul of the frontend and CMS interface, developing a branded icon set and video editing their existing corporate material. The site design is ideally positioned showcase their products, services and impressive list of mantel piece clients.

The entire site is controlled by Call Connection using the Selesti CMS framework, adapted to accommodate many bespoke requirements to allow for full control and ownership to maintain and grow the site organically.
