From our development team, Senior Developer Emily Cox has been shortlisted for the App Developer Award for her excellent work turning complex technical briefs into award-winning websites and mobile apps. For the second year running, Emily is also a finalist for DevelopHER’s Tech Star award.
“Emily is a superstar, approaching her 6th anniversary with Selesti. She has helped transform not only our web development team but the company as a whole with her creative input and enthusiasm in many different areas,” says our Chief Technology Officer Jamie Cotton.
Meanwhile, from our digital marketing team, Content Strategist Lily Bradic is a finalist in the Digital Marketing category for her creative campaigns spanning search and social.

At Selesti, we’re very passionate about increasing the number of women in tech, and this year alone have had three new female additions to the team — the gender split now almost 50/50.
