New Jarrold website delivered by Selesti

Jarrold Training's brand new website launches today following Selesti's appointment for web design, development and support of their digital activity in 2008.

During the briefing process our team met with the business' key stakeholders and thoroughly analysed the areas needing improvement in terms of booking training, administering courses and marketing themselves online.

Selesti have significant experience thorough specification process to ensure we definitively scope the project to meet their requirements and prepare them as best as possible for what their market may throw at them in the coming few years. The 'future-proofing' exercise has also been determined to allow for as much flexibility as possible to improve and expand their offering to their clientele.

The training arm of this infamous Norfolk brand has total control over their content, based upon a bespoke administration portal, that key staff within their organisation can access. As well as being able to create custom page templates and layout styles as and when it suits them without the need for Selesti intervention or assistance, this content management system empowers them to control the content, availability, administration and marketing of courses in real-time.

Amongst the new features added to this website is a comprehensive offer and promotions module which has been scoped to offer maximum flexibility and enable the administration staff at Jarrold Training to create discounts and incentives to push under-subscribed or previously poorly performing courses. From start to finish this project has had improving all ROI in all areas in mind, along with balancing maximising front end user experience with minimising administration usability, something we think is becoming a particular speciality of ours.

Selesti are building significant experience in creating websites for the training market and wider businesses requiring booking functionality, other recent projects which feature these elements include East Anglian Game and Country Fair (visit their website here) & the NHS' Lincolnshire Learning Academy which you can visit here.
