We launched Winsor Bishop’s new website in early 2017. In just 12 weeks we successfully integrated the new Magento website with its ERP system and launched our MVP.


The new site saw a 767% increase in conversion, and through continual monitoring and ongoing improvements, this figure is expected to rise.

The challenge

We were tasked with relaunching the winsorbishop.co.uk website, incorporating new products alongside the jeweller’s existing portfolio.

This was a complex Magento build. Winsor Bishop wanted a bespoke design and responsive site to provide a seamless user journey, that also integrated their existing ERP — Anagram Encore. To meet our client’s needs we used a number of plugins alongside Magento to provide a powerful CMS solution.

MVP approach

Winsor Bishop’s website is a fantastic example of the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) approach in action. By working in phases, we were able to launch quickly once the essential components were completed. We have since worked closely with them to test, refine and improve the performance of their site — resulting in impressive increases in conversion rates.
