Conversion Rate Optimisation

From the very day this site was launched we began tweaking the user journey to optimise conversion of potential customers. No website is ever "finished", and it's essential that we work closely with our clients to review analytical data of audience behaviour. We have adjusted several factors for Gadget Cover; the number of steps and fields requested in their purchase process, the layout for mobile vs desktop experiences and many more subtle variations. All is based on proven testing, which shows what has brought the greatest return possible on their investment in quality traffic.

Mobile optimisation of the new site means they're getting more visitors who are converting at a higher rate and making more money for the business.

This website processes hundreds of transactions per day, so we considered data protection and the best course of action for encrypting data in a way that resulted in the best security.

Following the roll out of the main web build, Gadget Cover have since invested in a retainer which has seen the introduction of custom links for affiliates, recurring payments for PayPal & Sagepay and regular usability tweaks all implemented to provide the optimum service to their customers.

With new devices and models always being released (we’ve recently added smart watch insurance to the portfolio) and the insurance industry being particularly heavily regulated, we have to ensure we're agile and on hand to accommodate swift turnaround times.

We’re also in the process of rolling out a fully translated, Portuguese version of the Gadget Cover site, with all of the same great features, functionality and easy to use CMS as the UK site. Drag and droppable content blocks allow Gadget Cover to easily manage pages in a visual way whilst retaining the brand's look and feel. Admin users can tailor content, imagery and offers for localised markets.

With plans to integrate a new CRM system in the near future, there’s no slowing down on the fantastic work we’ll continue to do with Gadget Cover in 2016.

“Easy to use” was a term cited by the vast majority of customers having completed a purchase using the Gadget Cover site.

Positive reviews have also reached an all time high following launch of the site.

Negative feedback fell from 19% to 3.6% in the first 3 months after launch.
