We rebuilt their website in a responsive framework prior to Google's April 2014 mobile update, and rewrote their site content to increase organic SEO rankings.

Our team scooped a nomination for best PPC after increasing overall conversions from Google PPC traffic by 236% (Jan 2015 to Jan 2016).

Conversion rate has increased from 5.45% to 8.25% thanks to our account optimisations, ad testing, a new responsive mobile site and continual landing page improvements.

Importantly, although overall media spend increased over this time, we saw a 42% reduction in cost per conversion, remaining well under their target.

Onto The Next Projects

We have doubled the amount of leads received per month on their pre-existing website, which we simply reworked to be mobile responsive. The next step is to create a new website with a UX-led design. This will improve CRO further, which combined with the refined traffic we're generating will hopefully result in an even better ROI for QMS.

Our development team have also been hard at work creating a mobile-friendly bespoke document and file sharing system for their existing customers to manage their QMS certification and management systems.
