A bit more info

- + What Norfolk & Norwich based brands do Selesti build websites for?

We love working with local brands, and we’re proud to have worked with some amazing businesses in and around Norwich such as Norwich City Football Club, Epos Now, Lexham Insurance and many more!

- + Do I have to sign up for digital marketing as well as web design?

Absolutely not. We have specialists in web design, web development and digital marketing, but that doesn’t mean you have to have all three. We’re happy to work with you to decide which of our services are most relevant to your needs. We would recommend that our digital marketing team step in at points throughout your build, to ensure you’re on track with SEO and their industry know-how is invaluable throughout a web built.

- + What is Selesti’s process for new web design clients?

We always start with a discovery phase to discuss your plans, objectives and how we can help you along the way. From here we’ll send over a bespoke proposal for your brand. Each client is different, so from here we take each step based on how you would like to move forward.

- + What happens if my brief changes?

We understand that designs are subject to change throughout the project, which is why we have an agile approach to web design and development. We work in two week sprints to a minimum viable product (MVP) framework. This means that we create a product with the most important features, put this live and gather data by testing this on real users. MVP gives organisations the opportunity to measure customer reaction to their product at an early stage, and from there we can then make informed choices about where to invest in improvements – maximising ROI and reducing wastage.

- + How much of my time do you need?

We appreciate how busy your days can be, and we want you to be as involved as you want. Whether you’d like a weekly catch up, monthly calls or a quarterly check in, we’ll keep to your schedule and timeframes.

- + Can you integrate with my existing technology?

Of course. We’re experienced in a large range of different solutions, and both our web and software design will work seamlessly with your current set up. We recently created a bespoke CMS system for King Edward VII's Hospital, which works in harmony with their website

- + How easy is it to get to the Selesti Norwich office?

We’re really easy to get to! Our office is in the centre of Norwich, just next to St Giles car park.
