AF have a very high customer retention rate and the portal is designed to increase this further. We collaborated with their internal team to deliver a portal for customers to update policies, make claims, review existing policies, etc. The portal also provides an opportunity to cross sell other products in the Adrian Flux suite on the users’ dashboards. The log in area is customisable for each user, so they can create their dashboard with the information that's important for them.
