The Effective Digital Marketing Awards are awarded by the people behind Masterclassing, the industry leader in hosting intimate, conversation-driven digital marketing events across the globe. We’ve attended a number of their events and given a number of talks which have gone down a storm.

Here’s what we did to be recognised for these awards:

King Edward VII’s Hospital

King Edward VII’s Hospital wanted a new, clearer website for their users. They also wanted an efficient way for their consultants to handle new leads, as well as maintain their credentials and information on the new site.

We took three important steps to help the Hospital reach its goals:

  • design a clear, uncluttered website that was easy to navigate
  • implement a powerful search tool so that users could find exactly what they were looking for
  • build a custom Customer Relationship Manager to assist with managing new leads

Thanks to the close working relationship between our design and development teams, we were able to create a new website that matched functionality with clear and beautiful design.

We also built our custom CRM, which we named Apollo, to be seamlessly integrated with the new site. This meant that new leads fed directly into Apollo and were quickly allocated to the correct consultant.

It also meant that any changes made to a consultant’s information would automatically update the website, so that users always had the correct information at their fingertips.

JD Pipes’ key goal was to increase online revenue through their eCommerce store, so we developed a strategy that approached the goal from multiple angles:

  • increase JD Pipes’ overall visibility via organic search
  • attract new customers with profitable Google Ads
  • boost conversions via content marketing
